After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Customers may instead be eligible to return the item in accordance with our Return Policy after delivery.

Subscription Cancellations

Effective Date of Cancellation

  • Subscription cancellations submitted before the next billing date will prevent future renewal charges.

  • After cancellation is confirmed, no future recurring charges will be processed.

  • Any subscription benefits already paid for will remain available until the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise specified.

Processing Time

Once processed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with the order or subscription.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
